My Generation Music Promotions

Launched on George Harrison’s 71st birthday (Feb 25, 2014) a couple of weeks after the wildly successful “50 Years Of The Beatles” concert at Syracuse’s historic Landmark Theater in front of 1,200+ Beatles fans… MY GENERATION MUSIC PROMOTIONS is Paul Davie’s return to live music-based events, marketing & fundraisers for non-profit organizations.   His events have directly raised over $250,000 for various local, regional, national and international charities over the past 20 years.

Since 1996, Paul has conceived, planned, executed and managed dozens of events and promotions using the skills he learned in 25+ years in radio, TV & print ad sales, media buying for Upstate NY McDonald’s and concert promotion marketing.

Paul has been the Promotions Manager for (and occasional performer with) The Beatles/Apple Records recording artist JOEY MOLLAND of BADFINGER since 2010.  His duties have included the design and creation of using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices which helped make the site #1 on Google within 12 months when a user types “Badfinger” in major search engines.  He also administers Joey’s official Facebook & Twitter accounts.  ( and

When the popular AMC cable show Breaking Bad used the 1972 Badfinger single, “BABY BLUE” for its finale episode on Sept 29, 2013 Joey was immediately thrown into a media frenzy….but Paul was prepared!  Dozens of media inquiries (from Entertainment Tonight & Variety, to Rolling Stone & ABC-TV) flew in, thanks to our website being ranked #1 for “Badfinger”.  BABY BLUE rushed to the top of the iTunes charts and Joey’s appearances increased exponentially.  The timing was perfect, as Joey’s new CD, Return To Memphis was just being released a month later, which helped the pre-order sales skyrocket!  It also led to a very popular, but Limited Edition run of “Breaking Badfinger” t-shirts, which are already highly prized collectibles.
